Project Summary: Trigo App (Internal Clients)

Project Status: The app is currently Live and serves as the primary interface for Trigo’s clients.

The Challenge

The company’s clients, who invested in real estate and assets, faced a lack of transparency and fragmented information. Critical data—such as construction progress, technical specifications, financial figures, and environmental hazard alerts—was scattered across various platforms, leading to high pressure on customer service and uncertainty for investors.

The Research Process

While the raw data from the original research is not presented here due to the project’s timeline, the UX strategy was rooted in deep user research conducted with two primary personas: the business investor and the private resident. The research focused on identifying key pain points in communication and the necessity of consolidating data from external sources (such as Geoda and Madlan) into a single, intuitive interface.

The Design Solution (UI/UX)

I developed a high-end visual language that conveys security and reliability. The interface provides rapid access to all assets, featuring a location-based (GIS) alert system for tracking nearby hazards and real-time updates. The integration of an intelligent bot provides instant answers to FAQs, significantly reducing the company’s operational overhead.

Results & Impact

The app established a direct communication channel, increased customer satisfaction, and strengthened Trigo’s brand as a forward-thinking, tech-oriented company. Today, the system is the central tool for managing ongoing relationships with the company’s end-clients.
